Terms and Conditions

Last updated: August 2026

1. Who you are contracting with

This site and the English classes offered through it are provided by Dana Rodgveller, trading as tiny signals, based in Buenos Aires, Argentina (referred to here as tiny signals, I or me). When you book or pay for a class, you are entering into an agreement with tiny signals. You can reach me at hello@englishclasswithdana.com.

2. Acceptance

By using this site, entering a family code, or paying for a class, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. If you are booking on behalf of a family or organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so, and that you are of legal age.

3. What the service is

tiny signals provides private English language classes for children and teenagers, arranged directly with each family, plus this website where families see their scheduled classes, the price of each class, and can pay for them online.

4. Your account and family code

Each family receives a private family code or personal link. Please keep it confidential and do not pass it to people outside your household. You are responsible for activity that happens under your family code. Please give accurate contact information and keep it up to date.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this site. In particular, you must not:

6. Class materials and ownership

tiny signals keeps ownership of this website, its software, branding, and all teaching materials, worksheets, and resources shared with you. You get a limited, non transferable right to use those materials for your own family's learning. Please do not resell, redistribute, or reverse engineer them.

7. Service level

I do my best to keep this site available and accurate, but it is provided as is. I do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free performance. To the fullest extent permitted by law, implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are disclaimed.

8. Scheduling and cancellations

Class times are agreed directly with each family. If you need to cancel or move a class, please let me know as early as you can and we will find another time. If I have to cancel, that class is rescheduled or not charged.

9. Payment and billing

Prices are shown per class in Argentine pesos, with an approximate conversion shown for convenience only. Payment, billing, tax, currency, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by Paddle. Please see the Paddle Buyer Terms and my Refund Policy on this site.

10. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

11. Suspension and termination

I may suspend or end access to this site or to classes in the event of material breach of these terms, non payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. You can stop using the site at any time. If access ends, you can ask me for a copy of your payment records before your data is deleted.

12. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, my total liability arising out of these terms is limited to the amount you paid for classes in the six months before the claim. I am not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, data, or goodwill. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence where the law does not allow it.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina, and the courts of the City of Buenos Aires have jurisdiction over any dispute, unless mandatory local consumer law in your country says otherwise.

14. Changes

I may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the site.
