Refund Policy

This policy applies to classes paid to Dana Rodgveller, trading as tiny signals, through this website.

30 day money back guarantee

If you are not happy with a class you paid for, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the order date. If a class was paid for and did not take place, or was cancelled by me, you get a full refund or a credit towards another class, whichever you prefer.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record. To request a refund, visit paddle.net with the email address used at checkout, or simply write to me at hello@englishclasswithdana.com and I will arrange it for you.

Processing

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Paddle usually processes them within a few business days, and your bank may take a little longer to show the money. Refunds are made in the currency of the original payment.

If you have any question about a charge or a receipt, please write to me. I would much rather sort it out than have you worry about it.
